Satisfaction survey
Project with Zurich Cantonal Police
For a number of years, the ZHAW School of Management and Law’s Institute of Public Management has been conducting satisfaction surveys for the Zurich Cantonal Police’s global budgeting which has been in existence since 2002.
Every year, the following target groups are asked on an alternate basis to comment on the quality of the Zurich Cantonal Police’s handling of case investigations:
- Victims of burglaries
- Citizens affected by traffic accidents
- Victims of violent crimes
The Institute of Public Management works closely with regional police staff in designing the questionnaires. It conducts preliminary tests and supports the Zurich Cantonal Police in evaluating the questionnaires and in standardizing their surveys.
